A crop circle is a sizable pattern created by the flattening of a crop such as wheat, barley, rye, maize, or rapeseed.  How it’s done is another story, lacking in consensus….hoaxsters with gardening tools or Aliens trying to communicate with us?  Either way, the designs are elegant and impressive.  Five that have been found from across the globe are featured here.
